Shipping & Delivery

ADOPTSYS LLP is a digital-only company. All products and services are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Digital Product Access

Upon successful payment and account registration, access credentials and product onboarding information will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours of order confirmation.

2. Service Package Delivery

Each service package has an estimated delivery timeline listed on the service page. Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on:

  • Timely provision of required assets and content from the customer
  • Prompt approval of design and development milestones
  • Complexity of customisation requests

3. Delivery Process

Order Confirmation

You receive an email confirmation with your Order ID and assigned project manager contact.

Kickoff Call

We schedule an onboarding call within 2 working days to gather requirements.

Development & Review

Regular milestone updates are shared for your review and approval.

Delivery & Handover

Final product is delivered electronically along with documentation and post-launch support.

4. Delays

ADOPTSYS LLP will communicate proactively in the event of any delays. Delays caused by late asset submission or approval from the customer's side will extend the delivery timeline accordingly and do not constitute a breach of contract.
