Refund Policy

ADOPTSYS LLP is committed to delivering high-quality services and products. We have designed this refund policy to be fair and transparent for both parties.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all subscription and licence purchases for ADOPTSYS digital products are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or the service period has commenced.

2. Service Packages

For ordered service packages (website, ecommerce, SaaS setup, etc.):

  • Before project kickoff: 100% refund of advance payment within 5 working days.
  • After project kickoff (within 7 days): 50% refund if no deliverables have been approved.
  • After deliverables have been approved: No refund on work completed. A pro-rated refund may be considered for incomplete milestones.
  • Annual SaaS subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days of the subscription year.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval. To initiate a refund, email refunds@adoptsys.com with your Order ID, name, and reason for the refund request.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the customer (e.g., late approval of content, non-provision of required assets), services rendered as described in the agreed scope of work, or force majeure events.
